These terms apply to your use of hamzashaf.com (the “site”), which is operated by Hamza Shaf Films. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About the site
The site gives information about my filmmaking services and lets you get in touch. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Any filming, editing or other work is only agreed once we both accept a written quote or agreement for your project, and that agreement’s terms apply to the work.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or a contract. I will aim to reply promptly, but I cannot guarantee a response time or availability for any date. Please check how your details are used in the Privacy Notice.
Intellectual property
All films, photographs, text, graphics, the Hamza Shaf Films name and the design of this site belong to me or are used with permission. You may view the site and share its pages by link for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, edit or use any of it commercially without my written permission.
Acceptable use
You must not use the site to break the law, send harmful, abusive or misleading messages, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with how it works. Please do not submit anyone else’s personal details through the enquiry form without their permission.
Accuracy and availability
I take care to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided “as is”. I do not promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date, and I may change or remove content at any time.
Links to other sites
The site links to third-party services such as Instagram and WhatsApp. I do not control those services and am not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or from relying on its content. Your rights as a consumer under UK law are not affected.

I may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to a different court.
